Pagpalit ug pure nga tawas TS... kanang bato ba. Pag buak ug small piece unya e dapat sa imong lu-as. Sakit na siya pero mawala or mamatay ang imong lu-as.

By the way, lahi na ang normal nga lu-as ug kanang herpes ha....

Ang normal nga lu-as, motubo na siya within sa lips/internal na. Ang herpes simplex motubo na siya outside sa lips.

I eat one whole green mango when I have a mouth sore. Lots of salt and make sure the juices hit the sore. I also rubbed the mango on the sore. hehehe The next day, the sore was gone.
