google any local existing clubs if wala idea about mt. talinis. mas maau makasecure ta gears like stove, tent etc b4 going into the outdoors. daghan kaau disgrasya sa bukid esp hypothermia, getting lost tungod walay appropriate gears & background. mas maau naa ta idea or background about the BMC or basic mountaineering course kay importante pud kaau.
one more thing when getting involve with major trek is physical & mentally fit coz its a multi-day hiking & several hours of uphill/downhill trail each day.
