Anyone ever heard about this singaporean firm "The Property Specialist.com" that is believed to be expanding in cebu? In job postings, they are looking for call center agents for a real estate account and dayshift BPO daw ni sila? Curious lang ko if true...any comments about their environment, process, account, queue, compensation, and the likes? To those who are already working here and to those naay kaila nagwork here, pls share ur thoughts. Thank you!

Nindot ang compensation sa ilang Agents which will be working in Singapore and sposoran ug car didto...
Salary plus commission...

I don't know lang sa Call Agents if unsay dagan... Kay usually... If Cebu base ka... Sa Balay raka magwork... No Office here in Cebu...

2 ilang shifts:9-6pm n 12-9pm. Good for starterz og walay pamilyang gibuhi bt their salary is very low. Dili pud makabuhig single pero if naa kas sales accdg to their bosses to whom i spoke to kay dako jd.
Env't: mura lng cyag internet cafe set-up daun gamay ra kaayo silag units didto.
Bt they're planning to expand in the near future eithr in cebu/mndaue.

naa man sila office temporary cebu, Ang pay nila sa SG kay 10sgd, maigo kaha na didto. NO CAR , mag commute ra. you will be on training for 1 month in SG, under Training pass but igo on jud to nimo 10 sgd kada adlaw
