IRC Araw ng Kagitingan Night Run April 9, 2012 (IT park to Upper Busay)

Before we all started with our FUN we made sure we said our group prayer led by boss viajedor
and the warm up was led by master karlo

at this point I shamelessly asked favor from a runner from a different group that came by to take a candid shot at us along Mr. A vicinity (lower Busay)

and we finally made it @ Upper Busay (Bu-ak)....aprrox 9k Uphill.....all smiles and sweats and fun

and from there we rolled down back to IT park with much gusto,,overall we jogged/walked around 18K...and hoping for the next IRC GROUP RUN
