and also on the 1935 ConstitutionCharitable institutions, churches and personages or convents appurtenant thereto, mosques, non-profit cemeteries, and all lands, buildings, and improvements, actually, directly, and exclusively used for religious, charitable, or educational purposes shall be exempt from taxation.
Article VI, Section 22, par. 3
as much as i hate for not taxing this institution, it would be hard to change the consitution... and afaik the church would certainly go against it, probably one of the reason why they are so against in Cha-Cha...Cemeteries, churches, and parsonages or convents appurtenant thereto, and all lands, buildings, and improvements used exclusively for religious, charitable, or educational purposes shall be exempt from taxation.
we all know that most religious organization are very rich... too bad our govt cant touch them... this one the reason why our politicians have to dance with the wolf for them to get their support some are dying to get their blessings...
