@TwinJet
Given that options i'll go for 1.4.

Thanks indeed.
Are you using Nikon? Get the 50mm f1.8 instead. There is not much difference compared to the f1.4, at least the way I see it in wide-open setting.Originally Posted by TwinJet
Thanks IAN. 50mmF1.4 3X more expensive than the F1.8... both are CHINA make.
I guess I'll go for the cheaper 1.8 version. and save the extra bucks.
am planning to get the lightsphere II next month, its not available here locally.

All you need is the 28-70mm/F2.8mm....
Did you missed this boombastic lens?
I'll get that when Nikon goes FF. For now am pretty happy with the 17-35mm f2.8 as my walk-around lens. I also use it on my Nikon F5 for school works so its really wide enough for landscapes and stuff.
OT: ngiga ninyo ug equipment uy, dili ma reach!!! sige lang, palit ko 2 ka 1D tomorrow.. babae ug lalaki... awa lang mo!![]()
Crash, you cant deny ur 4pounder lens... with a red ring on it.

Ako, dako pa antosun para sa hi end lens.
but I'm investing on it this year.
17-35mm is my target.
Thanks Ian.
Sir TwinJet, go for the Nikon 17-35mm. Its a legend! The best in its class. Super sharp and everything.. its kinda heavy but still you won't regret it.
