workout... if long term imo gusto... jogging if short term.. possibli masangit pa gyud ka sa progress kay mag adapt imo lawas.. two things na dli i-compare... they go together man gyud... you only need 1 hr sa gym.. you'll burn more calories compared to jogging for an hour.. pero ug work imo pasabot.. then work gyud.. kay mkakwarta ka.. hahaha panginabuhi
