cut off all communication, divert ur mind on something like mag fb, watch tv, mag istorya.net baka ron. Time heals, basta keep ur self busy lang jud till one day maanad naka and ma limtan nimo siya, and start naka move on.
Keep ypurself busy. Hangout with other people like your friends. Basta malingaw ka malimtan ra na nimo eventually.
Sadly you can't. What you think is "forgetting" is merely letting yourself get distracted. But you can eventually not think about it anymore (because sometimes, you will still remember). The more you won't reminisce, the more it will slip from your brain. This works quite well and very scientific, too.
