guys mangayo unta ko tabang. i dont know if software or hardware problem sa akong CPU
ani ni siya

if OFF ang CPU, mu-ON ang mouse & keyboard
if ON and CPU, mu-OFF ang mouse & keyboard

help please wa jud ko kabaw nganu ni.

PS/2 akong both mouse and keyboard and i tried buying a converter from PS/2 to USB but same problem.

have you tried replacing working PS/2 mouse & keyboard other than this? You've resetted the CMOS battery & still exists. Much better if you could replace a working PSU if your PSU is grounded.
