I have the ultra luxury eyeliner and it hardly smudges on my oily hooded eyelids.
But I wear an eye primer underneath to make sure it doesn't smudge kay again, I have oily hooded eyelids.
    Cheap ra akong show so:
    Etude House Proof10 eye primer = 298PHP
Avon ultra luxury eye liner = 198 man guro ni or 149php, depends if they have this on sale

I heard Avon glimmersticks is good and just as cheap.

If you don't have oily lids then you can probably skip the primer.
To make sure they won't migrate to your undereye, after application, let is set for some seconds then pat Q-tip to pick up debris that could travel through your lashes to your under eye.

    EFA NA DAYON KA!

First things first, know the following about your skin:
    1. undertone(warm, cool, yellow, olive and I dont know what else I missed)
    2. skin type (oily, normal, dry, cominbation and if your skin is acidic)

Most brands offer a chart for your reference.
Once you find them out, you can drill down to your shade range.

When swatching, best to swatch foundation against your chest. It should match your chest and not just your jawline.
You don't want your face to have a different shade with your chest. Murag gi-patong lang ang ulo sa imong lawas.
    The key word is seamless.

Actually, dugay ni nako na figure out tanan for myself. lol!
Unfortunately, I still have not found the exact shade for my budget.

From what I gathered, they're essentially the same, it's just what term the brand opts to use.

Sa make up application na dili mu cake:
Dili ko expert sa make up ha pero one thing Ive learned personally is make up application depends on the type of make up or foundation you are using and the type of skin you have.
So its best to try all first -dry, damp sponge, foundation brush, stippling, buffing, puff dabbing and application by fingers.
And take note of the finishes.
Then ditch all the types of application that yields to caking.

Naa koy foundation na basin unsaon nako'g apply, cake jud kung cake, ang Revlon Colorstay for oily skin (and to think Holy Grail status sa mga kasagaran). But since I dont want to give it up I tried adding a pea size amount to my gel moisturizer and applied using my fingers which worked but it was not able to cover my pores. I tried using a foundation brush and blended blended blended using the same formula, ni work dayon siya. I didn't stipple it like most reviewers do kay iyang result sa ako is cakey. So depende ra jud na sa formula and sa imong skin.

try and try ra jud ang show mam.
    good luck!

just bought my first NARS yesterday @ rustans.. i went for the blush in 'orgasm' and i think i like it.. lol.. i think pa kai ala pa kaau na gamit but with the reviews and being consistently held as the best blush ever, mura'g adto jd padung..

anyhoo, i have a question about laura mercier products.. since hapit na mahurot ako foundation right now, nag.libog ko if i should go for the tinted moisturizer or sa foundation? whatcha think guys? i don't have really bad skin but i do have blemishes and sometimes a pimple here and there so tan.aw ninyo, which should i go for?

another thing pd is that right now, i use maybelline gel liner.. i notice nga mura cia ug mu.build up sa kilid sa eyes after pila ka hours.. not really smudge but mura'g ang product kai m.clump and m.stuck sa kilid sa eyes after some time.. and this happens even if i use urban decay's primer potion.. hinuon, m.occur ra cia if i'm going for the cat's eye look kai if di ra winged ang akong liner, di ra man pd nuon cia mag.ina.. naa mu ma.suggest to prevent this? want to try MAC fluidline but priority pa nako ang foundation (hehehe)

    thank u

^ Russian red. When applied lightly it looks like Ruby woo =) Same rana sila blue based red.

^^ yes ok ra ang BB cream for everyday use. Regarding sa eyeliner if newbie sha practice lang sa using pencil. Daghan man nice ug barato na brands. Maybelline, revlon etc. For brow kits I have Wet n wild and In2it pero ang wet n wild online rana ma buy. Try korean brands like Etude and Face shop kita pud ko brow kits pero wa pako katry. For long wearing lipsticks kay MAC jud hands down. Dugay matangtang ang Matte shades bisan mukaon paka and its lead-free.
