    @all: According to this site, http://www.mos.com.np/summeryevents.html, the submarine cables would be repaired by February 11 pa.

    I have a DSL line from Innove and I e-mailed them asking if the slowdown is due to the submarine cable problem or unique to them. As usual, I didn't get a prompt reply so I asked my friend who has a PLDT DSL if he's experiencing the slowdown too. Yes, he is so I guess the problem isn't unique to Globe.

    What is unique is that after two weeks, they replied only to tell me that they'll pass my e-mail to another customer service department. Now that's what I call excellent service! I wonder how fast the next department is? I think they're spending too much time on winning customers rather than retaining old ones. Anyway OT na ni last paragraph, sorry nagpahungaw rako.
