No, not specific person but Apostle Paul wrote it to the churches in other places like Corinth, to the Philippians, Ephisians, Galatians, Colosians, and Thessalonians. Then those letters will be sent to another places after certain churches read it.

That which we have seen and heard declare we unto you, that ye also may have fellowship with us: and truly our fellowship is with the Father, and with his Son Jesus Christ. And these things write we unto you, that your joy may be full. 1 John 1:3-4.

I've told you it should not be interpreted but to be understand and must be done. ABout 3 kings, can you read it in the verse that they are kings and the verse says no numbers how many they are.

This is what the Apostle Paul says.

And these things, brethren, I have in a figure transferred to myself and to Apollos for your sakes; that ye might learn in us not to think of men above that which is written, that no one of you be puffed up for one against another. 1 Corinthians 4:6.
