Not unwarranted. The sanction was imposed due to grave misconduct and agreed between school admin, with the support of the PTA, and the presence of the students + parents. Ipakita ra na nila ang minutes of the meeting signed by both parties para muhilom nani. Kung walay minutes, bulay-og gyud ning STC.

mao jud..mao ni example sa reporter nga mkadungog ug one side kay mao na tawn iyang i report forever..lol! nalzaro needs much shaking up!

the fact that the tro was defied, this simply means there were loopholes seen by the other party! as to the specifics, only the respondents know

stc should've stated their reason for defying the TRO or they shoud've presented something strong nga ma prove jud nga angay lang jud e defy ang TRO kay korte na man gd ni. or else maguba jud ang ilahang image as a school.. not only the school but as well as to the supreme court nga wa nila sunda.. kay dako na man gd kaau ang issue and na scandal na sa media and both sides have their own reasons. just my opinion.

Funny how some people say crap about an article and start throwing insults at the writer but don't present to the readers their own supposedly "better" point of view.

Sayang ang thread. At some points it becomes a platform to learn about the law and other things, at some other points it becomes a rant thread for others who are not pleased by what they see. Some just throw insults and whines without really making a good contribution to the discussion. Trust me, been here since page 1.

Feel gani nako lenient ra ang rules sa STC compared sa uban. Naa gani jud uban na dili pwede magka have ug FB acct ang mga bata. Oh diba.
ni follow ba sad ang STC sa TRO? WALA... pareha lang sila.
