    in my opinion too much ra kaau ang punishment. and karon papud ko ana nga punishment nga di pagradweton. di ba kasagaran i suspend raman or expulsion jud? murag ang di pagradweton ang pinakahighest nga punishment ana nila

    I know, I've posted about that earlier in the thread. One reason why ISOG jud sila nga makakitag lusot on the TRO was that this would destroy and defeat the purpose of the school's sanction in the first place. What's left there to discuss? The participants of the case just might realize this and decide to drop the whole thing altogether. Everything falls into silence and the media will cease to speak of this case again. The moment the TRO was issued, the way I understand it, STC had already lost the fight.

    @ketllac
    No, I don't understand the entirety of your post. Please use better English grammar, or the Cebuano dialect if you must.

    Napubliko jud bitaw ang caso. So what? It was the students themselves who pinpointed which events they said were traumatic to them, as stated in their petition. Trauma had existed, and another incident involving further trauma was imminent. Judge Navarro had to act, and he had to act fast in order to serve real justice. Perhaps the judge had this on his mind and saw it fit to end the issue by simply letting the girls march. Or maybe he just pitied the girls, we don't know. The judge did it. Why couldn't STC?

    ahahaha hots na kaayo ang mga tao...

    bitaw oi...mao na lang jud ni ako ikasulti:

    1. don't blame the concerned student who brought this up to the school authorities. kay mao bya na ang gitudlo sa atoa katong bata pa ta. kung sayop gani, isulti jud kay para matagaan ug saktong silot. and this is how the school molds its students to become good citizens of this country, nga kanang naay pakabana sa community, dli lang nga magpaka-buta ug bungol.

    2. the students, parents and school authorities have already agreed on the sanctions to be imposed. why do the parents have to bring this up to RTC? na settle naman unta..wala unta ta kabalo nga naa diay ni nga issue sa school..

    3. i believe STC defied the TRO for a purpose. Probably because they want to send the message that their decision stands.

    mao lang sa na karon...*bow*

    bwahahaha kana maoy worst kay walay due process

    magkatawa lang pud ko ba.. harsh jud diay na dli kapaso noh? mas grabe man cguro ang expulsion oi kay murag dli na jud ka ma-take sa skwelahan palayason naman jud ka

    btw, the girls can get their respective diplomas. the only issue here is they were not allowed to join the graduation rites. this means graduate na jud sila sa high school but wala lang sila nakaapil sa ceremonyas sa paghatag kunohay sa diploma.

    if you read it carefully ... graduate man sila as in tagaan ug diploma di lang sila apil sa graduation rites. That is small price to pay for their violations.

    Personally if I committed a shameful thing like what they've done why would i bother to go to that graduation rite? Im sure it would be a media frenzy and then maapil pa akong family ana.

    did I post my reply in English?

    di ba ang punto nisamot ang trauma kay ni konsente ang ginikanan?

    walay question ang TRO nga desisyon sa judge. ang punto dire nidako ang trauma kay konsintedor ang ginikanan by filing a case nga unta makapasar man ug gisabotan man kaha na nila closed door, though dili lang makapaso. unsay wala nimo nakuha diha?
