    Why is the act of filing the case in court suddenly the reason for the trauma now?

    They were supposed to march on the stage yesterday. The court granted them that by issuing a TRO. Yesterday was supposed to be a happy day for the students involved.

    But even with that, STC showed no signs of mercy.

    "No cash bond", they said. "TRO is defective," they said. No invitation, no entry, no graduation march. Boom. The poor kids who thought they were going to get what they were legally granted could only poke their heads at the gate and walk away in tears - cameras and TV crew in tow.

    "Bastos!" said one lady.

    The climax of the trauma was on that point in time. Can you imagine the horror those kids had to go through? They were SUPPOSED to join the graduation already. It was SUPPOSED to end well. Why on earth hour didn't the school admins just let this case slide into silence and END it once and for all?

    EDIT:
    Rhetorical question, BTW, we all know that we'll never know for sure until the end of Monday.

    trivia, kabalo ba mo na back in my school days, STC sometimes defined as "*** Training College" because of the reputations of thier students and/or graduates? most of the girls sa una basta STC gkan kay flirty and sexually active..
    no offense sa mga STC graduates dri, pero mao na ang mga reputation sa inyung school sa una sa akng panahon katng studyante pa ko (wla pa gani FB atu na time), and based on my personal experiences also, the reputation was also proven (dli lang nako ishare para dli motaas).

    so my opinion is, the school admin just did the right thing..
    I knew some chicks who went to SPCD who were like that... Fun times.

    This photos shows some relevance to the topic.

    or why on earth hour wala nlang tumana sa parents kung unsay ilan nasabutan before? I think tactic nila nga pakalitan ang school about sa TRO para dili na maka react ang school then pasudlon nlang dayon. I think tan-aw nila mokaging ang school admins. Well, apparently isog pud ang mga admins IMO

    I know, isog enough to risk its name and reputation by defying a TRO, apparently.

    @ketllac
    The TRO was issued to the benefit of the plaintiff (the students in this case). Because of the TRO, they could join the ceremonies. It may not have erased the already existing trauma they experience by the verbal beatings they claimed to have received from the school officials (being called "slut", "cheap", "easy", etc.), but what happened yesterday was total reverse - TRO was not applied. Even MORE damage was done - it was the WORST that could happen. The issuance of the TRO was there to PREVENT that. Do you understand?

    the sanction is not to let the students march. The TRO said nga dapat papasuhon una sila. If tumanon ang TRO then on the later date masabtan nga nagkasala jud ang mga bata and that the sanction is not to let them march, unsa pa man gamit? libog pud

    akong contention , that SCAP said that the school causes psychological trauma.. ang issuance sa TRO lahi sad na nga aspetong legal. ni dako ang trauma diha na sa time nga ang ginikanan ni konsente by filing a case..bisan pa naay tRO ug wala, tungod kay napubliko ug na uwawan ang bata diha ang dakong trauma. do you understand?
