Personally, na concern jud ko sa fact na gi defy sa STC ang court order. What if diay lapse in judgment ra tu sa part sa lawyer na defective ang TRO? Lain na sad nga kaso ang atubangon sa STC. Unsaon na lang.

IMO, STC's defiance to the TRO is more like of standing their ground on defending the values they wanted to inculcate to their students rather than the loophole that on the TRO and I have to give that to STC even if it meant possible legal trouble for them.

Yes, I agree with you. But ang ako lang, basin mas ma aggravate pa ang situation that STC is in tungod lang ani. I would hate to see a good school close down just because of this issue.

No one here is judging anyone. The information is based on the recent articles circulating around the internet. Kapoy na bitaw lalis nimo kay apparently, wa jud kay nasabtan sa issue so yeah.

all skols have rules...before ta ni enroll kahibaw na ta unsa ila mga rules labi na sa mga religious skols very strict...
naa tay freedom unsa na skol atng gusto sudlan so if u want to be liberated labi na uso na ang post post og mga pix sa facebook og sa you tube then dont chose catholic skols kay stricto ang mga pari...

We all have different perspectives and opinions on this issue jud bitaw. I'm not disrespecting your opinion nor am I forcing you to have the same opinion as I. I'm just saying na kapoy lang mu enter ug argument with someone whose views are way too different than mine. I'm sorry sad if you were offended by the way I said it.

it's really easy to conclude it that way, either way stc is under heavy fire by deliberately disobeying the court order, oh well let's just wait till monday im so excited! actually my alarm is set early for the local morning show and the afternoon regional news.
