The good thing is that, after this experience, the girl might be motivated to excel on her career.

I have tow classmates before who were denied high school graduation. One was by expulsion during the senior year and the other one was prevented from attending the graduation march.

A decade later, one guy became a practicing lawyer and the other one a successful businessman.

@koiboi Ana man jud na. Naa man jud consequence sa tanan atoan mga actions. Kay ni break sila sa rules sa student handbook, the better accept the punishment. Life is harsh. The sooner these kids learn to deal with it, the better prepared they become for what lies ahead.

ang inyo gihuna-huna unsa long term effect sa bata nga wala nkapaso...pero wala mo nakahunahuna unsay effect sa iyang picture nga provocative and allegedly holding a lighted cigarette and bottle of liquor?

in my opinion, pro and anti ko sa gibuhat sa stc sa pag-ignore nila sa TRO.
Pro ko bcoz unsa na lang ang huna-hunaon sa batchmates if makapaso ra diay ghapon nga gisilotan naman unta. kung ako'y classmate nila, makaingon jud ko nga ah may pa nag pabadlung ko kay makapaso ra diay ghapon.

Anti pud ko coz they're sending a bad message here. nga pwede ra diay ibalewala ang kanang gkan sa korte. but of course they claim defective ang TRO.

well, hulat na lang jud ta unsa ikasulti sa court...

Kung nagpakahilom ra sad ang mga parents ani nila, makabalo kaha ta nga inana diay dha nga skwelahana.? unta mosabot sad ta sa mga parents ani nila dili kay atong iduot ug samot. lesson learned na para ani nila. sobraan ra sad kaayo ta para manghusga ba murag perfect sad ta dah!

on a legal stand point, i'm sure STC knows what they're doing when they didn't follow the TRO and they're prepared whatever consequence they'll face. i hope the other party was ready to face it as well.
