Cebu is not totally depedent in BPO Industry, Cebu has the biggest Shipbuilding industry probably in South East Asia which is found in Balamban, Cebu has Mactan Export Processing Zone, Cebu is known for furniture making industry, Cebu has lots of tourism to be offered, in which it will not disappear unless taken care of, Cebu has the Cebu Business Park before IT Park was created, so even BPO will disappear, though a large impact is the effect, but we have other sources..
