    tai chis is some sort of meditative dance which some movements is quite similar to kung fu because of the manner and fluidity of the movements that somewhat resembling like fists, leg & foot strikes. and their are some done with a sword as well

    Kasuway ko ani sa abellana more than a decade ago...at first tanaw nako its more relaxing kay hinay ra(though it is mentally) pero panington pud ka ug mongos ui and the pama-ol at first heheh

    I think india is the birthplace of Buddhism. Although early monks from india started to develop self defense martial arts but when it was influenced to china the Chinese solidified and elevated the martial arts.
