The name of the school is anywhere, not only here in PH but naabot pa sa international news. We also don't know how this could affect sa school especially mag enrollment nasad.

6 boys in trouble over Facebook kiss photos

MANILA (Update) -- A Philippine Catholic school is witholding the diplomas of six high school boys who uploaded Facebook photos that appear to show them kissing each other, an education official said Friday.

Mergenio said the school's chancellor informed the department late Thursday that the boys will be allowed to participate in the graduation ceremonies but "the release of their diplomas will be delayed." He said the school did not say when the diplomas will be handed over and that he was awaiting a formal written report from the school.

Earlier this month, the five girls were summoned by the principal and other school officials, "dressed down" and called "sluts" for their Facebook pictures, Mercado said.

The judge, Wilfredo Navarro of the Regional Trial Court, castigated school officials for calling the girls "inappropriate names" and said the students had gone through "a psychologically and emotionally devastating experience." He said not allowing them to participate in graduation activities "would indeed be most un-Christian if not entirely inhuman."
The mother of one girl had petitioned the court on behalf of her daughter. Mercado said the ruling applied to all five.

He said the families on Friday filed charges of "grave oral defamation" and illegal use of photos showing minors against the school and school officials. He alleged that the school officials had illegally obtained the pictures because they were not Facebook "friends" of the girls and were not allowed access. (AP)

By just reading what AFRO SAMURAI is trying to point out na source niya clearly indicates how LAWYERS plays their cards . Dagahan na gyud nausab na mga scenario based sa pinaka una na report gyud . Nobody really knows the real score .

I also dont believe that the NUN verbally abused the girl by saying SLUT , DRUNKARD , CHEAP and ADDICTS . Not because she was a NUN and in the side of the school but because of the mere fact that the odds of an ELDERLY WOMAN as described in the link whom is the NUN PRINCIPAL can actually figure out words na SLUT and CHEAP as adjectives describing the girl . These two words are STREET SLANGS .

One thing , I just find it weird when the court orders TRO ( Temporary Restraining Order ) to the school against the 2 girls yet they are asked by the court to treat the students with KINDNESS and CIVILITY beffiting to the students . Isnt it contradicting ?

No that is not their style because even schools that are not ran by the religious community can also do that given the nature of the offense that violates the handbook .

If I were the judge , I would grant the girls all the BENEFIT of the GRADUATING STUDENTS to actually pass and experience the rites which he did already and happy for it . After that I will let the institution do the rest in providing the evaluation of the subjects that will portray and figure out how they did well in school outside the academic structure which is basically the code of conduct that is very much needed when applying for schools sa undergraduate .

Though they're a catholic school, ila pud unta e consider nga moderno na karon. ug usa pa wa man na nag hubo... two piece? normal ra kau na. Magpa ka limpyo man jud ni sila oi... that's the reason why I don't like schools managed by priests and sisters (peru di man nuon tanan)... over ra kaau. kana sigurong s** scandal mao nay dapat hilabtan na jud nila.

This girl will have a hard time going to college sa mga Catholic Institutions like USC or USJR. Strict kaayu sila if pertaining ani. Nakadaog but the issue will not die down. It will be relive sa mga reunions ug sa mga lower batches sa STC. It will be a constant reminder kung unsa na nahitabo. The girl might win but lisud na ma limpyo imong name balik. Medyu uwaw na hehehehehe
