step by step lang jud pag quit.. kay ako early au ko nag sugod smoke since highschool pa..
1st etry nimo magsmoke lang kung naay inom, after eating and basta kali moments lang
then anam2x e.lessen.. then permi lang ko magdala ug mint candy pra kung mingawon ko i just
divert my attention sa candy or gum.. then months of doing that eventually naka stop ra jud ko..
and cge pud ug gym naka help pud jud ug undang.. kay everytimemag cardio ko..dali au mahurot ang hangin..
so thats why naka decide jud ko to stop smoking... been feeling great and better ever since na wala na
mas lighter akong paminaw and mas free ang feeling sa akong lungs.. after all "health is wealth" jud baya..
