na stress lang gyud ko sa landlady nga bastos kaayo and making
false accusations of property damage kuno sa cr (stains sa floor due
to leaks and baha she wouldnt repair in the first place) obvious kaayo
nga dili na ganahan mouli sa 10k nga deposit.. hayzzz baya ning mga tao oiii..

if you really wanna be refunded from your 10k, then why won't you ask help from brgy officials in case the landlady are so desperate, stub born and damned for not returning your money? since, your conscience is clear? patabang nalng kung di jud mada...
