Just Respect, why make such big fuzz?

I fully understand your predicament because I live with CC agents, I'm the non-vampire..So they have this tendency to be loud in the middle of the night (esp if it is RD). I do this to them and to our neighbors before.

For Me confrontation doesn't mean a fight, it just means that there is a matter at hand..Like saying, "pwede hinayan inyo tingog kay matuog nako". The fact you said these in simple/soft words the message is loud enough that it would be so stupid if they won't stop.

But, if you just post (esp. with a "respect" thing). It seems to be that it is more of a Passive-Aggressive thing; but likewise denotes a message that you are afraid, You are vulnerable to attacks.

Talk to them TS (ayaw lang anang hait) they will understand you, bisan magkurog paka they respect you for that..

Instead of leaving a post, you should have talked to them personally TS. Kanang face to face. Pero kalma lang pagkasulti, inamiga style. Lisod ra ba ning taw ma-misunderstood imo gipangpost, kay daghan na kaayo scenario magdagandagan sa ila mind.

Well if i were in your shoes TS,the first move that i would take is to tell them personally and in a friendly manner...because i think its more insulting if you will just post comments in your walls...there are some people who gets insulted by that and maybe your room mates are one of those..maybe they are not aware of what they were doing so i will talk to them first...now after i have told them not to be too loud if i will sleep coz i cant sleep with too much noise and still they do the same..thats the time i will post comments on my walls..it means war now for me...

I agree with this guyz they're right! maybe its time for you to learn and fill what is lacking in you TS! and that is being nonvocal person! I wonder why you call yourself like that since your working in a BPO company...are you belong to non-voice account? coz I expect all CC agents are talkative...

well anyway, you should try to conquer that fear...and you know what is that fear... face it!

why not tell them personally? i'd do that if i was on your shoe..

they might have took it as an insult since you wrote it on a note instead of telling them FACE to FACE. imho.

If gi take nila negatively imung message means nga wala silay respito nimu, so ang angay sa mga tawo nga sama ana is patilawun if unsa imu na feel. Ipatilaw nila if sila maoy dili respitohon. Wala mawala nimu kay sila may nag una.

Ang reality man gud sa kalibutan is di tanan tawo pariha nimu kamaayu ug di tanan tawo mausab nimu pinaagi sa pagpaubos. Sometimes war is needed to have Peace.
