kng wla sa school premis nahitabo ang so called Lewed photos why the school so concerned not unless gibutangan ug Caption ang picture or Metadata nga "this is for my Alma matter". nya gi directly gipakauwawan ang iskwelahan. dha na cgro mo action ang STC. bt for a private party...i think that's not good - what makes it worse. the school invaded the student's privacy by going to her fb accnt. beh kinsa mn rn Lain ani, ang estudyante or ang Admin sa STC?

i think problema ra tos ginikana not knowing unsa nai gipamutang sa ilang anak online. but for the school to intervene nya deny the kid his right to a graduation ceremony is way overboard.

Exciting topic. I'm waiting sa result. From what I read naa basis ang STC ang gi argue nalang is the punishment being done correctly and was there a time that the girl was given a chance to defend herself. 30 na ugma dapat ma resolve na ni hehehe

Kung dili ka attend sa graduation rites, or dili ka paso sa stage, ang pasabot na ba dayon ana kay dili mkagraduate sa 4th year? Dili pwede walay paso pero naa gihapon certificate?

Mu graduate siya with her Highschool diploma and other records, but she will be deprived of the once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to get up on the stage, where a white toga, papicture for FB, etc.

Its not just for herself, I think its also for her parents/family. A big source of pride, moments like these are.

maybe this girl had previous history of mistakes done at the school & they give consideration at first hand. They give her a chance of those mistakes & if some silly comes up to her upon last consideration, they deprive her that sanction. We don't know the basis of the picture nor the agenda & everything else.

Kagabii pa jud ko ani gahuna2x. If that was a birthday occassion with her female/classmate friends & pool party, I guess all invited are wearing two piece, right? So if they had a lot of camera shots during that event, why is she only being deprived this sanction? Is she the only one taking that picture w/ two piece with a cigar & all classmates/friends are naked like a slumber party?

I hope one of those friends can defend that incident & prove to the admin that the picture is not lewd. 'cause other pictures in the album, all of them are NAKED... Just assuming only.

Comments here have gone way too overboard.... again, the issue here isn't about girls wearing bikini, but the LEWD photos posted on facebook! Private schools impose rules based on the handbook, these rules were adversely violated and the school reserves the right to impose this.... anyway, money works wonders! but if you don't know the entire deal and haven't seen these photos, better seal your mouths for now than simply blabber about your own piece!

Every story has chapters yet to disclose, for STC, this might still be their beginning to get matters on hand and justified.
