you dont find it reasonable or practical to go Team Building kay para nimo laag ra. much better pa nga magpuyo sya aron mabantayan nimo sah?

but if you have working experience in a callcenter, you would understand that those who have fun at work would most likely stay. kung dli man gali, those who stays are those who just needs money

tapos 5 days a week tulog-kaon-trabaho ray cycle (Aegis offers 4days a week 12hrs per shift though)
mao sometimes lami jud i unwind. and its best to do it with the team para pud sa purpose nga magkaila ila ang mga teammates.
There are even some teams who invite co-employees from different teams
its not the typical outing, i rather see this as luxury but at least its given. cant say free coz usually team stat dependent ni. so its better to use the term REWARD for the team.
so why not grab the reward when its there? besides, missing the Laag would defeat the purpose of the word TEAM of team building
when we say team building, it is not a meeting to improve the stats. it is an outing to unwind
things done in a team building is basically to anyone's discretion
the callcenter community is a DIVERSE community. mura ra nig democracy.

nga pag outing ang storyahan kay assignments for student / lesson plans for teachers?
i dont think so... if you cant find the relevance, then i guess youre living life in a different level
when youre at work, you must work seriously. and that is what the company expects
considering its gonna be hard to kid around during workdays(tulog kaon work cycle),
its better off to let go of it when youre out on a team building

depende ra na sa tawo. for me, laag gamay at watch movie is already unwinding/relaxing. even pa sa bahay ra ko pag day-off then basa books or watch dvd, relax na me ana. i don't need the hassle of going out of town with my team mate na dili man pud tanan kasaligan, and i made sure na wala ko ni-depend sa akong team, kay ang stats, job performance, individual na. if ma-kick out ka due to perf or not meeting stats, you're on your own, and your team would likely be happy na wala ka na.
we can all build rapport in the workplace alone. you don't need to see what kind of attitude your co-workers have outside the workplace, that's totally irrelevant for me. and rapport is not limited to your team, it extends to the security officers, the janitors, pantry clerks, etc na naa sa organization.
having not so good relationship with all co-workers doesn't make you a bad person. but being bad with your client will endanger your job.
Ikaw maoy judgmental kay ni assume ka nga ang gibuhat nga activity sa mga CC sayop ug wala nag promote ug team work, Gipangitaan bitaw taka ug proof ana imung claim about sa generalization sa inum ug ang effect ana sa team kunuhay pero wa kay ikapakita, kinsay Judgmental ana run?
Gipangitaan kag OFFICIAL documents or guideline if unsay dapat activity sa team building para ma achieve ang team work - WALA Kay maipakita. SO unsa man diay nang imuha? kinsay Judgmental ani run?

ang company man gud ang mogasto pra sa TEAM BUILDING, but aside ana, like in our case, naa pa me lain bayranan.. so, mojoin ka o dili, mobayad ka,,.. so sa ako nga side, mas mo join nalang ko ug pinugos, 1st kay para mapahimuslan nako ang gibayad sa company, 2nd para mapahimuslan nako ang akong gibayad..
mao gani,na nga i think, d team building there is nahulog na nga team ouuting kung mao man gani na..

1. mao gani im asking you kung unsa imo side, kay youve heard my side naman pud,. so you mean lagi nga ang inom2 ug uban pa, maka add na sa quality sa team?
2. unsay kalainan kung magteam building ang isa ka team sa duol ug mag teambuilding sa layu?
3. kung ni-agi ka ug probability and statistics, kung naay 1million population sa isa ka lugar, impossible nga ma-survey nimo ang 1million ka tao.. mao na nga mogamit ka ug pila ka percent para morepresent sa overall population.
ang imo man gud, murag kelangan nga ang 1million ang imo surveyon.. though in my case, dili pud siya proper nga in-ana.. that's how i see them,..
so if ikaw ako pangutan-on, pag mention ug nag tb be nga wala mag overnyt unya wala mag dala ug liquior,..

not necessarily man gud tanan nga company mugasto team building. there are incentives if makuha sa team ang target. i remember before naa na 15k, gigasto namo to cya to eat sa marco polo.
most team building are not really sanctioned by company itself. dili man ang company magbuot asa mo muadto, etc. they'll just give the team an allowance, dont know if per quarter ba na or per year. the prob is, kuwang pa jud na kay kasagaran, ambisyon man gud ang uban na mas layo ang adtuhon para mas bongga.
lain pud ang account outing. kana, wala jud na'y gasto sa agent side, based on exprience ni.
the bad with team building kay mostly sa mga nahimong TL, wala man na sila'y background sa people management or management in general. gibutang ra na sila kay maayo ang stats, naa backer. and the TL, who mostly organizes TB, earns bigger than the agent, they have ample financial cushion in the event that something bad may happen.
and most of these TL, will simple drag the agents to places that the TL would want to go to, bisan layo pa na, bisan it may endanger the agent, or the team itself.
unwinding is good, nothing bad to it, but to plan for a practical way to keep the team together is not bad either.
