around 30k (not included ang pra sa peripherals) daw ang budget sir... sorry la man gi-apil sa aq agaw ya budget gud... xa to ang naay asus p5pe-vm motherboard nga gipost nako lately...

I can say na mejo impossible makabuild kung super limited ang resource and daku ang imong expectation sa machine... I think it is way better to post your preferred budget kung OL gaming 2.4 dualcore + 4Gb Memo + Mid-Class VC will do but because magdemand man ka sa video editing...kung Adobe kay bug-at man so need jud nimo ang high system requirements specially VCard for better rendering... But kung ganahan ka sa mga 3rd party software for editing stick to that option nga dual core,,, budget man
