@Minatay91 - I'm from JP... for questions re rate sa sweldo... I can assure you it'll be higher than your previous company. I used to work for Xlibris for two years (i know some of you know pila ang offer diri, so you do the math na), when I applied sa JP, gi offeran jud ko ug mas daku. I-commensurate jud ang imu related work/job experience. So mas humot ka if nag more than a year ka with your current/previous company. Daghan pa lain2 na factors but then again, mas bugat ang imu employment history and how well you handled your interviews, I think you'll undergo 4 of them (based sa akong pag apply almost 2 years ago). Di lang jud ma-disclose ang exact amount kai lahi-lahi jud ang offer kada employee and the company values confidentiality and integrity.

As for the insurance, nope, dili ma compromise ang sweldo.

@CoCoCrunch - wala mang gipagamyan. lahi-lahi lang jud ang offer kada isa. di jud ko maka compare kai wa man koy macomparan, di jud me magshare2 about pila amu sweldo.

@MACACO - I know all about conspiracy theories and what not involving my current employer and I will not say that I'm a believer or a non-believer, di sad ko ganahan mu agree or disagree nimu as you are entitled to your own opinions, you might probably be one of those people who will stand by their principles no matter what, na bahalag your starving to death na, di jud gyapon ka mutrabaho sa JP kai ma-compromise imu principles. It's your call and it's your life. Ako ra maingun, this is the first company nga ganahan kaayo ko, akong givalue and proud ko and I'm the type to choose companies wisely.

Hands down i'll go with Chase.

Guys JPMC is not just a call center it's an Investment Bank as well. They are the only ones who not only weathered the US financial crisis but came out making a profit. They bought Bear Stearns one of the largest IB's in the US during the crisis. Why do I know this ? I was working for Bear as a consultant during the take over of Chase. mao rana ako masulti.

way better ang JP. i don't want to say bad things about sa xlibris pud biya kai 2 years sd bya jud ko diadto. wla lang jud ko kita ug future didto. believe me, im very choosy when it comes to things, and really, na impress jud ko sa management sa JP Morgan. They are fair and they VALUE their employees.
