I have been to many restaurants that serves baby back ribs and I could say that I have had my fill of the common ones like Casa Verde's which no longer satiates my protein fill. Mooon serves a far larger serving however, the sauce sometimes lacks a punch.

I then found the one I coud say would be the best ribs in town.

Head out to Surfin' Ribs.

We all had Pete's Ribs, two of which had rice (Php159) and I went for the mashed potato (Php169). We got our humongous slab of ribs after 15-20 minutes. Once we took a bite of our food, boy oh boy was it ever good! I loved the tangy barbecue sauce they used. One could never have enough! I loved the veggie side dish as well. It was fresh and was truly crunchy. We all were quite for the next few minutes as we devoured our ribs. :P
