NK reported that it's an observation satellite. the u.s. and it's allies are a bit paranoid since they don't know what kind of technology or what's the purpose of such satellite. medyo paranoid then sila kasi ballistic missile ang gamiton.

From the beginning Philippines rely on U.S capability because our country can't afford to buy new hi-tech weapon and gadget. just simply because Philippines don't have money the people that govern and ruled the Philippines had plenty of money.
I would be happy to read the news state like this:

"The rocket launch in Philippines will simply find corrupt people and explode them."
