they get all those myocardial infarction/heart enlargement/blockage of an artery caused by atherosclerosis/Dilated cardiomyopathy/Arrhythmogenic right ventricular cardiomyopathy/Congenital heart disease/Myocardiodystrophy.........

Poor man's problems:
atake/stroke.....


Rich man's solutions:
heart transplant/laser surgery/heart valve replacement/removal of...something....

warren buffett is a true example of a truly wealthy person. he works to give his wealth away. murag na-bored na siya sa kadaghan sa iyang money.

if ever a person na ingon sila datu, then ga-worry cya about heirarchy sa family, estate tax, who ends up with what, then dili na cya datu kay he knows if he is gone, ang iyang wealth maubos ra.

we're not rich but our family have some filthy rich family friends and relatives and most of their problems are:

1) broken families
2) they always fight and argue as to who will take over their businesses
3) who will get the biggest share of money
4) who gets the biggest acre of land
5) some of their kids wala kahuman kay nag adik-adik and uban nabuntis and nag minyu ug sayu
6) they dont like their children's spouses coz they come from a poor family
7) lastly, they are often diagnosed of a very rare disease..

because the poor people can't afford to have a better diagnosis than a headache (which is actually already a brain tumor), sakit sa dughan (which can actually be already a mild heart attack), sakit sa tiil (which can be actually already an osteoporosis/bone cancer)........
