Nightmares :How to deal with recurring nightmares?

Hi Guys,

mangutana lang ko ug basin naa moy ikaadvice sa akoa about sa akong recurring nga nightnare.

my background:
im 26yr old
single
engineeer
living with parents
my mother is 62
my father is 59

mao ni scenario sa akong nightmare:
haya sa akong papa, nag-atiman ko sa mga bisita, naay nag majong, baraha, mga tao naglingkod sa atubangan sa haya sa akong papa. akong mama ug igsuon busy sad atiman sa bisita.
hilom ang palibut, dark ang scene-gawas lang sa lungon nga naay daghan suga.

na experience ko ni 4 months before na, ug sulod sa 4 months murag ka 5 siya ni reoccur. same scenario, same dream.

downside:
i feel negative feeling inside, mura jud kog namatyan. i think dili healthy ang feeling nga namatyan ta hilabi na ug natulog. disturbing kaayu.

goodside:
when i get up from bed, i usually rush down sa room sa ako papa and see him personally, greet goodmorning. i can feel the excitement nga wew! damgo ra gyud to. naa pa si papa. its as if somebody is telling me nga, take good care of your father and spend more time with him, kay few days from now kuhaon na siya. scarry.

Same ta TS! I've already experienced the same scenario as you had...

Before my grandma died last 2011, nagdamgo ko na, namatay xa and I cried out loud in front of her...
I wake up and crying...I pray and thanks na dream ra diay to... A few days or a week after that dream I receive call from my relatives in province that my granny is dying and she wants to see me, so I rush back to the province to see my grandma,
I saw her dying, almost suffocated. She can't see clearly but she still able to recognize me... She hold my hand tightly and says something but I can't understand what she's saying... a few minutes after, she died in front of me... hayyyyyy.. makahilak nasad ta ani...

but back to the topic TS! for me, maybe it's a premonition like just what happened to me...or you just love them so much that you are so afraid to lost them...but it's normal... my advise is pray lang jud TS and show your ever lasting love to your parents....before its too late...

Maybe It's a sign na something is going to happen. Always take care of your parents and to you as well. Show them you love them before anything happens

kakuyaw gyud tinood. i know time will come, mamatay man jud ang tao. pero ayaw lang usa karon. i need to be stable in all aspects para mubanos as breadwinner. Lord ayaw sa ha, salamat!

dah hala, mangaply na gyud ko gawas ani. ive been working here in cebu for over 4 years na pero wala gihapon agi.
unsaon nalang ug kun ugaling masakit na akong parents, wa jud koy ikatabang. Lord, may i find what i am looking for. and also peace of mind. salamat. Amen.

i care about them man sad, but my parents may also know nga mauwaw ko mu-approach nila.
beh ikaw daw beh, ingna "I Love You Ma and Pa" infront of other people. bayuta ana oie.

regular man mi magstoryahanay pero mostly, facts amo discuson like politics, agriculture, jobs etc.. luuy bya kaayu na siya sauna kay kaduha na niaksyun ug heart attack. then siya ra usa mag-admit sa iya kaugalingon sa hospital. hahay di gyud magsaba dayun
