As we can see today, police officers and even business owners are overdependent on CCTV cameras as crime deterrent. These can help in some situations like accidents, traffic, illegal parking but not effective for crime fighting since criminals/burglars have adopted ways to evade these monitoring system. Even inside job can break the chain.

IMO, CCTV plus police officers are still good combination to prevent crime. But then again, this depends on the system being implemented. They should install the right CCTV cameras with good viewing resolution and that someone should be assigned to check the feed. Also, there should be regular inspection to assure that the cameras are still working properly.

how about tanang CCTV connected sa pinakaduol nga police station para igo nalang pindoton ang emergency button aron ma share ang live video footage ug ma alert ang mga police kung unsay nahitabo sa usa ka lugar or establishment.

how about cctv cam with 24/7 monitoring from hq which is mag I.t bldg pd ang police station, more employment pa ni sa cebu and additional hugot sa securidad..
