Guys, Someone from the government accepted my request for an interview! YEY for me!


So akong pangayo ug hangyo ron ug pangayoon nako ninyo ron..

unsa inyong mga gusto ipangutana sa BID about sa mga foreigners?

examples:
Are all the Philippine law applicable to the foreigners?
As a Filipino, if we are being insulted by a foreigner can we report them to the police?


So usually mga pangutana ninyo about rights nato as a Filipino. Kay karon pako kabalo ani, nga pwede diay nato ireklamo ang foreigner daw sa police maski gi insulto lang ta.

Anyway, ask lang unta ko kung unsa nga department sa atong government ang pwede ma ask about rules, law and anything a foreigner and tourist should know and must abide.

naa man gud ko bad experience sa foreigner (ug dili uyab2x, silingan ra) and ang nakabalo ani kato rang friend nako sa pisbok kay mag yaw2x ko.

anyway, as some or few of you may know i'm a blogger.. i have been promoting and blogging about our country. the real stuff. no hidden defects kung baga

So now since paduong na ang summer, a lot foreigners will come to our country...

and since daghan man mga kano nga gusto mag retire sa pinas, the more nga daghan mga foreigner diri...

and now naa pay kanang US army ba na nga gusto mo dugang pa ug place diri sa pinas, samot!

so, i'm looking for people (the right persons to ask: lawyer, government department employee,etc) who are willing to be interviewed THROUGH WRITTEN blog post lang. or if ganahan sila video paytz sad kaayo. I'm saying RIGHT people, meaning they have the clear and right knowledge on this topic and that they're the right people to ask... aron di ta magpataka ug yawit sa blog


PURPOSE:
-to share information to FOREIGNERS WHO WISH TO VISIT THE COUNTRY/TO STAY AT THIS COUNTRY
-to share to FELLOW FILIPINO on their rights over these foreigners (di kay tungod foreigner or puti, pasenxahan lang nato)
-to educate our selves on this matter since nagkadaghan na ang mga foreigner sa ato.

why i want to do this?
kay naay mga foreigners nga wa kabalo nga di diay sila dapat mag ingon ana. kay naay mga pinoy nga wa sad sila kabalo nga pwede diay ma reklamo. pareha nako, ni duol mi sa pulis tungod atong gi reklamo nako nga silingan nga foreigner nga murag buang mangaway ...unya kung sapoton awayon mi niya... and ang isa ka butang nga ni kulo akong dugo, kay iyang gi labayan ug FIREWORKS akong mga IRO while SLEEPING. IMAGINE the trauma, until now na trauma pa akong mga iro... it can cause them death...

nganong ma reklamo nako siya? though wa tay extreme animal rights just like in the US, sadly but at least in our law we treat our dogs as our property, and what he did was a damage to my property. naa pay isa sad ka law sa atong animal rights taas2x to so kamo nalang pangita kung unsa to

if proven guilty, pwede xa ma kick out and ma ban sa pinas... forever

what i found out is that dapat on that time nga nanglabay siya, or gihimo na nya DAPAT nanawag mi ug police. NOT JUST ANY POLICE but TOURIST POLICE... ako wa ko kabalo ani, ambot lang ninyo

so in short, di nga BANTAY KA UGMA, ISUMBONG TIKA.... just like we did

Ma'am diba part gihapon sa DFA or Immigration?

if you are talking about tourist attractions a representative from DOT is the best one you can talk to.

if regarding sa law here in the philippines for the foreigners to be aware then the BID and DFA are the ones you should talk to.

these 3 government agencies are the ones that can give u reliable sources for foreigners visiting and staying here for a bit in our country.

-nag check ko sa ilang website. unya naa man sad sila gina tawag sad FAC. sent an email to both anyway. pero basin naa moy mga kaila dira nga pwede nato ma duolan boss.

-later na ko anang tourist attractions. kay if you notice, lately nagkadaghan ang mga PORENGER nga gka kick out or ban sa pinas. pareha atong mga korean (i think)...

ahhhhh.......

nag basa2x sad ko sa DFA mura man siya more on foreign investment sa pinas.

pero guys, kung naa moy kaila nga pwede nato ma duolan... paytz kaayo. nag send sad ko email sa BID diri sa cebu.

gnhan sad unta ko sa tourist police mo contact, pero ang naa nako hotline ,...abi pa lang na trouble ko.lelx
