as I see it, ok kaayo ang JP kay dili sila BPO. direct or almost direct employee jud mo. which means more pay for you. layo ra kaayo ang pay sa BPO nila nga account compared sa in house.
IMO the best entry level pay/benefits for CSR by a mile.

also, naglisod sila pangita ug CSRs kay daghan mo chicken out(believing on rumors nga lisod ang process) or daghan dili qualified( delinquent loans, phone bills, etc) which means hangtud karon kulang pa ila ramp up, and you can put yourself in better position for promotion later.
