It is one thing to say sorry for something but it is another to mean it. Everyone knows that an apology has two parts. The part where you are actually sorry and the other is where you don't do it again or when you fix it. The apology will NOT mean ANYTHING if both parts are not fulfilled. So, whatever you say make sure you know how to back it up. Be a person of action and not of words..'cause words don't mean sh*t if that is all it is.
