Some companies have average monthly salary, pero adto mo birada nag company sa non-taxable allowance.

Ah, maayo diay kay naay de minimis benefits. Pero if molapas na sa ceiling ang imong salary, wala naman de minimis.
Dili man necessary e post tanan ang inyo benefits. It's advantageous also para maka invite mo ug quality manpower coming from other engineering companies.

most of the engineers here are cme from DASH Engineering... Soon ill be part of this company... daghana nako kaila diri oi... Starting from HR specialist through engineers... such as Daidee and Mark Michael Zamora...
