How crocodile meat taste?

I have eaten some tocino and sisig crocodiles. The taste is somewhat good but there is a weird after taste. I only know that it is available in Palawan.

U can also eat crocodile in davao crocodile park.. they serve different dishes of crocodile..

tried it once sa davao crocodile farm murag siya pork and chicken gi dungan. i only tried the tail meat part daghan connective tissues and ligaments. it's lean but still very moist. the taste is surprisingly clean and very lil hint of gameynes way better than eating goose and frog legs.

i suggest you try it even once.

have u tried roasted crocodile also there sir? its pretty tasty too.. hehe
