Let me clear some things up as I might have an explanation for those. You also can't blame the kind of experience he has. People behave differently based on the type of person in question. In this case a white guy.

3. Whitening products.
---You are so shallow, did someone put a gun to your head telling you to buy all those products? It's the preference of the consumers... Were they using YOUR money in buying those stuff?!

I believe he's trying to imply about the inherent colonial mentality common among most Filipinos, which I agree paints a very negative image on our own self-esteem. And it is true. I have rarely met a morena or a Filipina who is proud of her skin color. Most want to change their complexion to a fairer tone. Even the fair ones want whitER skin. Blame it on our culture and our media (internal and external). That's the message he was trying to convey. Why can't we be proud of what we have?

5. Security Guards frisking and standing and giggling.
---Hala uy! Asta kana, ma bother ka? I wonder unsa na imung job, since you have ample time watching them in their work! And also, you are mistaken...Guards here have to undergo a training...Hell, they dont just buy uniforms and badges and guns, they have to TRAIN for it. GET IT?! And also, they have to frisk you for security purposes. They dont caress your body because they admire you thin body. DUH.

Well, swerte siya gi frisk siya. Usually, if naa ko kauban na puti, they don't get frisked when I pass a mall or hotel security. Frisking only happens when it's MY effin turn. Makalagot napud ning stereotyping nila ushay.

8. Loud street music.
---DUDE, Im sure that place where you went to was having their annual fiesta. We Filipinos are music lovers. The louder the music, the happier that it makes us. Why not stay inside where you're living instead of walking around Cebu and hearing those loud music that ANNOY you so much?

Culture shock ni sis. In america this is considered disturbance of the peace and you can get arrested. You can't make ANY noise if it reaches within earshot of the next house. Lame to us Filipinos, but that's America, this is Phils. He's just not used to it. Americans love their peace. That's why it's not unusual for them to complain about loud noises coming from the street or next door. I would simply chalk this one up to cultural difference.

Hell, kita bitaw reklamo man gani ta saba ang waray, tagalog, muslim, koreano ug uban pa but we don't see that in ourselves. But in defense to us, Americans usually have booming voices that even at a good distance away they could still be in earshot.

10. The only HOT WOMEN here are Ladyboys.
---Not so. Thats not true, have you seen me?IM HOT. Hahahaha.

12. Warm Beer.
---Easy solution. Ask for ice.

Not sure if this is fact/trivia but "only in the philippines" can you see beer that can be stored outside a freezer. American beer deteriorates outside of a fridge. This is because Phil beer contains formaldehyde (for those who don't already know). The same stuff they put on corpses in a morgue. In MY theory if you died drinking SMB you'd have a longer decay than someone who didn't. cheers, red horse!

just before you keep ranting you should also watch "20 reasons why I like the Philippines" before mag buwa2x inyo baba, apparently its a campaign to lists 20 things you like and dislike di kay kana ran... go to channelfix to a na ang original... that that video has been made long2x time ago...

Kabalo man siguro ang kadaghanan anang video nga imong gihisgutan, bay. Kabalo man sab siguro pud ka nga dili na maong videoha ang gihisgutan diri. Pasagdi lang gud ang mga posters nga mopasupot sa ilang mga reaksyon, kay dili man na imohang reaksyon, ilaha man.

By the way, kun sa istorya pa na nakalanding ng tawhana, unya ng-post ug '20 reasons to hate istorya.net', basin dugay ra ng na-ban. My point is, normal ra nga dili magkatawa/magpasalamat/malipay ang usa ka host o mga suod sa host kun ang usa ka guest nagsige'g panaway sa maong host. So dili ta magbuot unsa ang reaksyon sa uban diri.

It's funny how it's totally okay for Filipinos to whine about the defects of their own country, yet when it comes out of a foreigner's mouth, they get all butthurt about it?

It's sort of a niche group courtesy, bro. Same reason you can't call a Black man a n****r unless you're also black; you can't call a gay man a f****t unless you're also gay; you can't call a woman a b***h (and not get slapped) unless you're a woman; and so on.

This is the reality. You either help fix it, or bite your tongue. Hypocrisy and ignorance aren't a part of the options.

so you'd rather want tourists to come in the philippines then find out for themselves that it's not really fun in the philippines.haha di mas nisamot nga bati ang icomment nila! kasuway nko nga niadto kog lain country thinking nga magenjoy ko, it turned out MY VACATION WAS RUINED BECAUSE THE PLACE SUCKED! and now i will forever avoid that place, and ill tell friends/family to avoid the place just the same.
