murag i used to have this for merienda nung bata pa ako pero ingon sa akong friend i had a different bread in mind daw. cge daw, describe pa daw ninyo..

its a kind of bread na murag sandwich. naay 2 ka pcs of usually puti na pan then sa middle ana naay murag sticky/sweet na palaman usually red or green ang color. sa una this used to be sold in squares karun ila na tunga-on ang square arun mu porma ug 2 ka triangle....
