-posses strong oral and written communication skills
-can work with less supervision
-can demonstrate strong ethic to achieve English Island goals
-can display effective multi-tasking and time management skills
-with critical thinker, with positive attitude and flexible
-teaching experience including ESL is a plus
-with experience in online teaching is a plus
