last resort. test video card to different pc and use a known good hdmi cable. if same issue klaro na video card ang problema. RMA na daun.

@tnx mga boss... medjo gi lessen na bya ang artifacts krn pro naa jpn ni cya. ako ra ni e check sa lain na rig. possible jd diay na defective ang video card kung idle cya pro sa full load dili?

ingana akong 480 unsahay qng mahubsag thermal paste or nipis nang thermal pad, karon ako na nailisan ok nah la na artifacts ug flicker, pero bag.o paman na imu card nia nagka ingana na mas maayu imu nlng na ipa RMA

ipa-RMA nalang na, boss kysa mapaksit nuon na sige nimo ug ibot2x. ma-void unya nuon nang warranty ana.

Heya.. found this in the nvidia forums.. hope this helps :

hey all....i had the same damn problem when i brought my asus gtx 560 ti graphic card.the moment i use to restart my pc...i had horrible stuttering...and now..i dont have that problem happening to my pc anymore...here is the solution to resolve the issue permanantly...this was suggested to me by a user names "Haftiz"....

"1) Uninstall your current driver in order...(1.Physx,2.Nvidia Update,NVIDIA HD Audio, NVdia Drivers)
2) Restart PC, and load in SAFE MODE
3) Run Driver Sweeper, Check (Tick) Nvidia Display, Nvidia Physx and Nivdia Chipset
4) Press Clean and Reboot PC and then start it in normal mode windows...

Here comes the IMPORTANT Part

5) Install Drivers (275.33WHQL(The most stable drivers) -MAKE SURE ONLY INSTALL THE DRIVERS,UNCHECK THE REST OF THE OPTIONS INLCUDING PHYSX,HD AUDIO,3D VISION, NVIDIA UPDATE)

6) Try running a game. (RUN THE GAME WITHOUT PHYSX First, It's weird, but it worked)

7) If sucessful, go to GURU3D.com to download the latest Physx Revision driver from there and install it...

.the solution is for people who have Graphic Artifacts and Screen Flickering for OC Card....stuttering problems...
