Dear Elvan de Santos,
Greetings!
I received the complaint that you sent for the incident that took place in our branch in Fooda, Consolacion last March 9, 2012 around 8PM. You were able to mention that your mother was able to talk to our Pharmacy Assistant regarding purchasing cough drops for infants. Loviscol drops was recommended to your Mom. In your house, you were able to read that the packaging only indicated dosages for 13 months old and above. With this, you went to the branch with the item and receipt. You mentioned that the Pharmacy Assistant advised you that the article cannot be replaced anymore since it was already opened.
I understand how it was dissatisfying for you. In behalf of Rose Pharmacy, I sincerely apologize. I, myself, am a customer and I can greatly understand as to how you felt with what transpired last Friday.
I will be coordinating with Human Resources so appropriate disciplinary action will be implemented. We need to do our investigation so that due process may be observed.
Thank you so much for imparting time to notify us about this circumstance. This is indeed very helpful to us.
Sincerely,
Grace L. Camomot
