Seafood Stilt Restaurant - Olango Island, Lapu-Lapu City

The Stilt Restaurant is exactly as the name suggests, a seafood restaurant built on stilts located on the eastern side of Olango Island.

Live seafood is stored in baskets below the restaurant. Upon arrival, you are presented with the "Catch of the Day". Succulent Lapu-Lapu (local form of Grouper), Sweet Crab, Rock Lobster are just few of the items you may choose from. Now it's time to decide on how your seafood extravaganza will be prepared.

Each individual item may be steamed, cooked in a sweet and sour or chili sauce, or barbecue grilled. Ask your Guide for suggestions or any special preparation techniques you desire. After everything is prepared you are presented your seafood feast at your table.

Relax and enjoy your meal while you watch small local fishing boats pass by and listen to the sea as the waves pass below the restaurant.

Medyo mahal2x gyud kay live seafoods man.
Depende sad kung unsay mapilian nimo sa ila stocks na naa ra ilawon sa restaurant gipamutang.
Daghan sad kapilian (Lapu-lapu, lobster, selection of shellfish ug uban pa).
