try mo sa beach hotel...it's a cheap hotel...igo lang naa kay matulogan if plan mo suroy singapore...it's near marina bay..inig naog nimo nightlife na dayon...mga $35 taxi from airport..also near mrt.

hotels are expensive in singapore.
daily rate ranges probably around 5k-7k pesos if the hotel is 4 stars.
and the room is rather small.

if you have a visa card, they have promo for some hotels.
we were able to stay at swissotel (5 stars?) at around 7k per night.
probably one of the tallest hotels there and we stayed at the 62nd floor.
the room was really big.. far bigger than i expected.

take note that the rates do not include breakfast yet.
