kausik sa kwarta nga makapalit kag balik oi...hehehe

but i can't blame your mom, given nga pharmacist to cya syempre nisalig sad lge, and the attendant should be knowledgeable and precise unta sa tambal nga iya ihatag sa customer (but then, walay taw nga perpekto).

i say, naay sayop ang both parties. hihihi

what if your mom actually said infant ra? and also, not all people shares the same thoughts nga you are thinking...so its never safe to assume. and that doesn't mean sad nga mas ubos ilang IQ kaysa sa imo either.

your post is merely speaking sa imo/mother side, and it would be unfair nga musimpatya ang mga taw sa imo...without hearing the other side of the story.
we all know how to lie, and i think your mom CAN. im not saying she's definitely lying, ang possibilidad lang ba...

kaduha naman nah niya palit sir. sya sad nipalit sah mercury for 2months infant man gyd iya isulti. particular man kaau mi ana gud.

i think you miss it. my mum has the knowledge. she told exactly the attendant what kind of drug she needs for my niece.. and so the attendant suggest the "med", upon seeing the credibility of the attendant(nka puti, rose pharmacy pagyud) so ni ingon sya nga okay. ill buy it.

You should see a doctor and not asking advice from a pharmacist.

Take this as a lesson, we should be very very careful everytime we buy medicines, milk or anything nga i intake sa infant. Any mishap could be prevented when we do double checking. Di bali ng malangay kaysa masayop.

    Dear Elvan de Santos,

    Greetings!

I received the complaint that you sent for the incident that took place in our branch in Fooda, Consolacion last March 9, 2012 around 8PM. You were able to mention that your mother was able to talk to our Pharmacy Assistant regarding purchasing cough drops for infants. Loviscol drops was recommended to your Mom. In your house, you were able to read that the packaging only indicated dosages for 13 months old and above. With this, you went to the branch with the item and receipt. You mentioned that the Pharmacy Assistant advised you that the article cannot be replaced anymore since it was already opened.

I understand how it was dissatisfying for you. In behalf of Rose Pharmacy, I sincerely apologize. I, myself, am a customer and I can greatly understand as to how you felt with what transpired last Friday.

I will be coordinating with Human Resources so appropriate disciplinary action will be implemented. We need to do our investigation so that due process may be observed.

Thank you so much for imparting time to notify us about this circumstance. This is indeed very helpful to us.

    Sincerely,

we all know that in infant stage,we must be very careful of buying any medicines for such illness or disease.so our first step to do is to visit to a pediatric physician before doing anything else.
