Being genuinely fluent in english (personally), is not just mastery of grammar and pronunciation. It's how well you can carry a casual conversation without sounding too technical. It's fluent because it flows, not because you use big words or foreign slang. Practice is always good. Just don't try to adapt too much of American/British/Australian culture. I'm Filam, so I have to balance both sides. Never forget your roots!
