Glad to share:
1. Consultant to some businesses
2. Buy and Sell RTW and Watches and whatever is saleable (legally)
3. Stock Market
4. Coop Dividends
5. Produce and Sell my own CAR SHAMPOO
6. Provide trainings, seminars and talks on various topics (some I give for free, believing that magnanimity will pay you more)
7. Train my kids to sell some stuffs (which can generate their own savings)

if naa kay computer then online ka...sell airline ticket (domestic & international)..accept bills payment (like MCWD,PLDT,SMART BRO.VECO etc..), Do remittance( send and recieve money local and international), web loading, hotel booking, travel and tour...kana tanan online ...thats what I did...then pag naka extra income kana save, prottect yourself through health care SHORT TERM OR LONG TERM), then i can teach how to have mutual funds..

Oks ra man... I'm a licensed saleperson and wala man pud ko mahasul kuha license... Dali ra pud ko nakaapply for license...

Steps on being a real estate salesperson...

1. Attend seminars and earn units(You can do this at your most convenient time)
2. Complete the requirements for prc licensing of real estate sales person... Ok ra apply ani as long as complete imu requirements...
3. You can start selling properties with your KKK(Kapamilya,Kaibigan,Kamag.anak... etc...)

You get comissions on the properties you sold from developers or property owners...

You will know the full details once you attend seminar/training for real estate salesperson... Mahaba.habang usapan jud ni...

my sidelines: stock trading, run a web design business, run a lending business, become a lecturer in higher education like mga post grad, dawat mga outsourced project then i-outsource pud nimo. Manage ra ka. If you are a masteral/doctoral degree holder naay mga schools ngita ug dean or academic head "on paper". Then still keep your full time job That's me! hehehehe
