over sd ka iDEV, among concern is the way the backgrnd check was handled.. not as professional as wat we expect it to be..ky if ok ra unta, d na unta mi mu ask ug details about it, lyk if smooth ra d unta na ma bring up sa HR..if that again does not bother us..pero na kuyawan mn mi kay mostly mao nay nhitbo..naay gpangtxmate,naay mga gestures na weird kau "theif-like" movemnts matud pas siligan..haaii naku..lets jus hope na dli ma wagtang among tV para sa inyo iDEV so far wa pmn pd na wagtang..

About their background check, please dont make a mountain out of a molehill. CI do their SOP and what is there to hide ba oi if your living honestly and peacefully. That is pure overreacting... and very leading to you know damaging... blah blah. Do you think a company would tell that they are doing a background check on you?

OnT: As I heard about the company nga ga design sila ug customization on each employees working area specific to the employees working comforts. From tables, chairs, kboards, mouse, pads, monitors and even the air, lights, and sound. This is on top of their very motivating manuels... They are also very sensitive on MSD cases.
