Sorry guys...been a while that i haven't updated this. This case remained unresolved. I already went and filed a complaint to NBI Cebu early last year but then evidences were too weak...you know, there was no direct evidence that he received my money. He used people to receive it. If you have followed the thread, you know what I'm talking about. I haven't got back to Cebu since that filing of complaint and when I contacted my NBI agent last year, he was reassigned to Bacolod City. I still have got to check who my new agent is.

Though it's been quite a while since that incident, still the scar is deeply rooted in me. The effect still lingers... I'm still hopeful that Leo John Oliveros would serve what he ought to serve for scamming people. I'm pretty sure he's still in Cebu.

Not long ago, less than a month, the so-called witness he had for the said contract - Maureen Onrubia finally replied my message at facebook....not answering my questions but then asking me if how was the scamming case. It took me a while to remember her name.... but then when I finally figured out who she was and asked her about his participation in that scamming, she never replied.

Sa akong tan-aw naa gyud kay lapses ad2 mam, ky kahibaw naman unta ka daan nga kaduda duda iyang mga documents nga gipakita pero nganong gipasagdan paman nimo nga mahitabo ang maong transaction?

mao nay giingon nga walay scammer kung walay magpa scam..

Ts seems like wala pa gyud nimu kahuwa ang justice an nga case. Ang lisod man gud ani, u need money para paspas ang investigation... Honay gyud tinuod imong evidence. Expert pagyud ni si LEO JOHN OLIVEROS sa computers , naay mga connections, ug bright/smart. Tsk tsk tsk.

I suggest itry nimu sa Media TS. Like XXX sa ABSCBN or, imbestigador sa GMA. They have contact numbers. It will be a long way but i think you u hav to push for this para dili ni mahitabo sa laing tao.

nag inquire kos akong fren na atty dras cebu, confirmed na legit sya. pero wa sya kabalo sa yang office. naay nka ingon nako nga his office kay naa sa downtown. Somewhere in or near colon cguro...
