TS, mag expect nlng gyud ka og ridicule and discrimination ani especially from the currently employed to the company. Why would you ask outsiders about the company? if you have any questions on the regulations then why don't you question the company directly? Instead of looking like a sour grape by posting your disappointments publicly. If you think that the company fired you unjustly, then why don't you file a case against them? (That is of course, if you have a concrete evidence that you were evaluated unjustly).

I'm just wondering, if there are many employees that have the same situation as yours. Then why are you the only one posting about it? Well, i guess they just handled the situation maturely rather wasting their time on spoiling beans over the company. I would advice you to just move on with your life and take this situation as an experience.

I know you have the right to express your feelings about this. It is not easy to find a job these days. I just hope you are ready for the consequences that will rise because of this post.

guys nka move on nami we just want to know and let everyone know..or even let you frm the company know na not all employed thinks na stable ilang job.

Perhaps, the question is "stable ba ang imo job" and not "stable ba ang company". Ms. kung ganahan ka ug stable na job ayaw pag call center agent kay para nko dli na stable na job. Call center agents come and go, if you are not a performer the company will not hesitate to fire you kay kbaw sila nga naa daghan nila nga ika puli.

Kasabut rako sa imo na feel kay basin first time job to nmo nya wala ka mo succeed. I'll tell you wala gyud kay makuha aning imo mga kalagut or kasuko sa company. Dli na maka tabang nmo para mo grow ka as a person and as a professional. Just accept kung unsa mn gani ang nahitabu nmo ron and take those as a challenge para sa imo future job.

I would like to inform everyone about the reality of being a Contractual/Probationary Employee.

They can and will fire you if they think you are not a valuable employee.
They have every right to do so as written on the contract.
So I would suggest just to try your best until regularization.
Kung regular na ka, dili na kaayo ka sayon taktakon.
